Only people who bought a SHAN can review it, and we check each one against a real order.

We publish every genuine review, including the critical ones.

We only remove a review if it's spam, offensive, includes someone's personal details, or isn't about the lamp.

We don't pay for reviews or offer anything in exchange for them.
